Mixes and serves alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks to Doggie’s Pub patrons.
Reports complaints to a manager as soon as they occur.
Maintain records of liquors, beers, wine and sundries to ensure bar stock is maintained at all times.
Attends staff meetings as required.
Inspect the bar prior to opening to ensure that adequate supplies are available. Requests additional supplies as necessary.
Follow set-up procedures.
Prepare garnishes, mixes and pre-mixed drinks.
Greet members and guests.
Mix, prepare and serve drinks according to the recipes approved by the Food & Beverage Director.
Collect checks/payment for drinks served.
Maintain and clean bar area and equipment.
Maintain daily inventory and records indicating drinks in the greatest demand.
Clean and lock-up according to prescribed procedures.
Other duties may be assigned.

One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10’s and 100’s. Ability to perform these operations using units of money and weight measurement, volume and distance.
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
